Adding New Users

Navigate to Identity > Domains > Default domain and then select Users. If you have different domain, please use that.

On the users page, click on “Create User” to add a new user.

Add Users to EPM Applications

Now let’s see how we can add a user to the EPM Applications.

Navigate to Identity > Domains > Default domain and then select Oracle Cloud Services. If you have different domain, please use that.

You will see the below page with the list of all EPM applications you have in that domain.

Click on a specific application name to manage users for that application. This will show you the page for that specific application.

On left the navigation pane, click on Application roles.

You will notice the different application roles for the select application. Towards the right of each role you will notice the expand button.

Click on Expand button and then select “Manage” against Assigned Users section.

In the next page, expand the Available Users section. Search for the user you want to assign to the application. Once you find the user, highligh the user and click on “Assign” button.
